SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Delivery time
The delivery will take place with national couriers in Italy within 5 days, excluding holidays, after acceptance of the order. (Islands delivery in 5 days).

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the goods purchased and on the basis of the delivery location. In the checkout phase the system automatically calculates shipping costs.

Check the status of the product
We ask you to take a few minutes to check the status of the product received in the presence of the courier and follow the behavior indicated below in the presence of anomalies such as:
a) bottles breakages;
b) lack of bottles;
c) stains on the bottles due to breakage of part of the product.

In case of non-integrated product (1)
How should you deal with the carrier:
i) Refusal of the product, motivated by one of the causes indicated in the previous section;
Only following the behavior described in these sections will it be possible to activate the insurance for the solution of the problem that has occurred.

In Case of Non-Healthy Product (2)
How should you deal with the carrier:
ii) Withdrawal of the product with indication, on the withdrawal document that will have it signed by the carrier, of the anomalies present, for example:
a) lack of number XX of bottles;
b) break of XX number of bottles;
c) number of bottles with stains on the labels due to breakage of part of the product.

Delivery of products purchased
8. Delivery of Products purchased
8.1 The deliveries of the Products purchased are made in the Italian territory only, excluding Campione d'Italia and Livigno.
8.2 The delivery terms and costs of each Product selected by the user will be specifically indicated during the purchase procedure and, in any case, before the completion of the same. They will also be indicated in the confirmation of the purchase order and in the "Profile - My Orders" section of the Site. These terms and costs take into account, as well as the delivery area, also the mode of delivery chosen by the user. In the event of failure to indicate a specific delivery date, it shall in any case take place within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
8.3 The following method of delivery is made available to the user:
(i) home delivery (by way of: delivery to the street level or delivery to the housing floor) For the delivery in some areas an additional cost may be requested. This cost will be specifically indicated during the purchase procedure and, in any case, before the completion of the same, as well as in the purchase order summary.
8.4 Delivery is subject to payment. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the user, unless otherwise specified during the purchase process and / or in other parts of the Website. The amount of delivery costs due by the user in relation to a specific order is expressly and separately indicated (in Euro and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, in the "Profile - My Orders" section of the Site and, in any case, before the user proceeds to the transmission of the same, as well as in the summary of order. In the case of partial withdrawal from Multiple Orders, the amount of delivery costs to be reimbursed to the user will be quantified in proportion to the value of the Product subject to withdrawal. Therefore, if, for example, the user has made a total order of 200.00 euros, which includes two products, the first of the value of 50.00 euros and the second of the value of 150.00 euros, and returns the Product valued at € 150.00, an amount equal to 75% of the delivery costs that he has incurred will be reimbursed. In any case, the amount of delivery costs to be returned can never exceed that actually paid by the user.
8.5 The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or in any case the control of the Products to the user.
It is up to the user to check the conditions of the Product that has been delivered to him / her that he has withdrawn. Notwithstanding that the risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to Shop.oliosalvagno.com is transferred to the user when the user, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically enters the Product, the user is advised to check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in the closing materials and is invited, in his interest, to indicate on the transport document carrier, any anomalies, accepting the package with reserve. The unreserved receipt of the Products, in fact, does not allow the user to take legal action against the courier, in the event of loss or damage to the Products, except in the event that the loss or damage is due to willful misconduct or gross negligence courier itself and except for partial loss or damage not recognizable at the time of delivery, provided that in the latter case, the damage is reported as soon as known and no later than eight days after receipt. In the event that the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration, it is also recommended that the user promptly inform the Customer Service. In any case, the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remains valid.
8.6 Delivery to Domicile
8.6.1 In the event that the user chooses the delivery to the postal address specified by the user in the order form ("Delivery to Domicile"), the Products purchased on the Website will be sent and delivered to that address. 8.6.2 Unless otherwise specified during the purchase process and unless the user has chosen the delivery to the housing plan, the Home Delivery will be carried out on the street level. The Home Delivery will be made, unless otherwise indicated, by DHL courier from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours (from 9:00 to 18:00), excluding national holidays. shop.oliosalvagno.com reserves the right to use other carriers and / or to use different delivery methods. In this case the variation will be specified during the purchase process.
8.6.3 At the time of delivery of the Products to the courier, an e-mail confirming the shipment will be sent to the user, indicating the tracking number through which he will be able to check the shipment status in the "Profile - My orders "of the Site. This e-mail will also contain the indications relating to the delivery procedure, at the end for collection in case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient and the consequences of non-collection within the indicated deadline.
8.6.4 The user acknowledges that the withdrawal of the Product is his precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt (c.d notice of passage). On the postcard will be indicated the phone number that the user will have to contact to request that the courier make a second delivery attempt. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will go "in storage". As soon as the package goes "in storage", the Customer Service will contact the user in order to unlock the stock and make sure that the package is delivered to him as soon as possible. If necessary, the Customer Service can agree with the user the change of the delivery address. In the event that the attempt to deliver after the Customer Service contact fails or if the user does not respond to the Customer Service contact attempt, the package will be returned to Shop.oliosalvagno.com and the user will be notified of this circumstance by e-mail. The user acknowledges that, after thirty (30) days from when the package is returned to Shop.oliosalvagno.com, the contract can be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the civil code. Resolved the contract, Shop.oliosalvagno.com will refund the Total Amount Due, if already paid by the user, minus the costs of delivery of the Product failed, as well as the costs of returning to Shop.oliosalvagno.com and any other expense in which Shop.oliosalvagno.com incurred due to the non-delivery caused by the absence of the recipient. The termination of the contract and the amount of the reimbursement will be communicated to the user by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the vehicle or the payment solution used by the user for the purchase. In the event that, prior to the thirty-day period referred to above, the user requests to receive the purchased Product again, Shop.oliosalvagno.com will proceed to the new delivery, after the costs of the same have been charged, of the costs of returning the Product to Shop.oliosalvagno.com and custody fees.
8.7 Provisions common to all types of delivery
8.7.1 In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, the user, pursuant to art. 61 of the Consumer Code, invites Shop.oliosalvagno.com to make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances ("Supplementary Term pursuant to Article 61, paragraph III, Consumer Code"). If this additional term expires without the Products being delivered to him, the user is entitled to terminate the contract ("Resolution of the Contract pursuant to Article 61, paragraph III of the Consumer Code"), with the exception of the right to compensation for damages. The user is not burdened with the burden of granting to Shop.oliosalvagno.com the Supplementary Term pursuant to art. 61, paragraph III of the Consumer Code ("Excluded Cases") if:
a) Shop.oliosalvagno.com has expressly refused to deliver the Products;
b) compliance with the delivery deadline indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation must be considered essential, taking into account all the circumstances that accompanied the conclusion of the contract; c) the user has informed Shop.oliosalvagno.com, before the conclusion of the contract, that delivery within or on a specific date is essential.
In the Excluded Cases, the user, if he does not receive the Products within the delivery time indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, is entitled to immediately terminate the contract, except for the right to compensation for damages ("Resolution of the Contract in Excluded Cases ").
The indication of the Supplementary Term pursuant to art. 61, III, Consumer Code and the communication of Resolution of the Contract pursuant to art. 61, paragraph III, Consumer Code or Resolution of the Contract in Excluded Cases must be communicated by the user to Shop.oliosalvagno.com to the addresses referred to in art. 17 that follows. In the case of Contract Resolution pursuant to art. 61, paragraph III, Consumer Code or Resolution in Excluded Cases, Shop.oliosalvagno.com will reimburse the User the Total Amount Due without undue delay. The reimbursement will take place according to the procedures set out in art. 8.8.5 that follows.
In the event that the user does not proceed to fix the Supplementary Term pursuant to art. 61, III, Consumer Code or, if the conditions are met, to the Resolution of the Contract pursuant to art. 61, subsection III, Consumer Code or the Termination of the Contract in Excluded Cases, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to use at any time these remedies and / or the ordinary means of protection provided by law and, in particular , from Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code, Shop.oliosalvagno.com commits itself to:
(i) promptly notify the user promptly and by e-mail of the delay in delivery ("Delay Notice E-mail"), indicating at the same time the new delivery term, if available ("New Delivery Term");
(ii) in case of delivery with a delay of between 1 and 3 working days compared to the New Delivery Time, reimburse to the user who requests it the delivery costs, if already paid, within ten working days from the expiry of the New Delivery Term or not requesting payment, to the user who makes a request to that effect, if not yet paid;
(iii) in case of delivery with a delay of between 4 and 10 working days with respect to the New Delivery Time, to allow the user who requests it to refuse delivery and to terminate the contract, with consequent refund of the Total Amount Due , if already paid, immediately and, in any case, within 10 working days from the request for termination of the contract or, alternatively, if the user does not want to terminate the contract, reimburse the user who requests the delivery costs, if already paid, within ten working days from the request or not request payment, to the user who makes a request to that effect, if not yet paid; (iv) in the event of a delay in delivery of more than 10 working days compared to the New Delivery Time or, in any case, 20 days from the original delivery date, offer the user who requests it, in addition to the provisions art. 8.7.1 (iii) above, the supply of a different Product of equivalent or greater value, upon payment, in the latter case, of the difference and prior express consent of the user.
8.7.2 In the case of Multiple Orders whose subject are Products that must be delivered separately, the provision referred to in art. 8.7.1 above will find autonomous application to each delivery. With respect to each delivery and therefore, limited to the Products object of the same, the user can proceed to fix the Supplementary Term pursuant to article 61, paragraph III, Consumer Code and Resolution pursuant to art. 61, subsection III, Consumer Code or Resolution in Excluded Cases, using the relative conditions. In this case, Shop.oliosalvagno.com will reimburse the User the Partial Amount Due without undue delay. The reimbursement will take place according to the procedures set out in art. 8.7.5 that follows.
In the event that the user does not proceed to fix the Supplementary Term pursuant to art. 61, paragraph III of the Consumer Code or, if the conditions are met, to the Resolution of the Contract pursuant to art. 61, III comma, Consumer Code or the Termination of the Contract in Excluded Cases, in relation to the single delivery and related Products, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to use at any time these remedies and / or ordinary means of protection provided by law and, in particular, by Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code, Shop.oliosalvagno.com undertakes to:
(i) promptly send the Delay Notice E-mail to the user, simultaneously indicating the New Delivery Time, if available;
(ii) in case of delivery of one of the Products covered by the Multiple Order with a delay of between 1 and 3 working days with respect to the New Delivery Time, reimburse the user for the delivery costs, if already paid, calculated as indicated in the art. 7.4, penultimate paragraph, within ten working days from the expiry of the New Delivery Term or not requesting payment, to the user who makes a request to that effect, if not yet paid;
(iii) in case of delivery of one of the Products covered by the Multiple Order with a delay of between 4 and 10 working days compared to the New Delivery Time, to allow the user who requests it to refuse delivery and to partially solve the contract only and with exclusive reference to the Product object of the Multiple Order delivered late, with consequent reimbursement - immediately and, in any case, within 10 working days from the request for partial termination of the contract - only the amount paid by the user in relation to such specific Product, including delivery costs, calculated as indicated in art. 7.4, penultimate paragraph that precedes, or alternatively, if the user does not want to partially resolve the contract, reimburse the user who requests - within ten working days from the request - delivery costs, if already paid, calculated as indicated in art. 7.4, the penultimate paragraph preceding or not requesting payment, to the user who makes a request to that effect, if not yet paid. The resolution of the whole Multiple Order will be possible only in the case of evident and proven ancillary nature of the Products object of the Multiple Order delivered late or not delivered with respect to the other Products object of the Multiple Order delivered promptly or still to be delivered; (iv) in case of delay in the delivery of one of the Products covered by the Multiple Order exceeding 10 working days compared to the New Delivery Time or, in any case, 20 days from the original delivery date, offer the user that request it, in addition to the provisions of art. 8.7.2 (iii) above, the supply of a different Product of equivalent or greater value, upon payment, in the latter case, of the difference and prior express consent of the user.
8.7.3 In the event of failure to send the Delay Notice E-mail or failure to fix it in the New Delivery Time, all the terms set forth in Arts. 8.7.1 (ii), (iii) and (iv) and 8.7.2 (ii), (iii) and (iv) above will start from the original delivery date.
8.7.4 The acceptance by the user of the new delivery term, in the cases referred to in Articles. 8.7.1 (i) and 8.7.2 (i), as well as the user's choice, in the cases referred to in Articles 8.7.1 (iii) and (iv) and 8.7.2 (iii) and (iv), must be promptly communicated to Shop.oliosalvagno.com by e-mail, at the address referred to in art. 17 that follows.
8.7.5 In all cases referred to in Articles. 8.7.1 and 8.7.2 above, in which a refund is due to the user, the refund amount will be communicated to the user by e-mail. It will be credited to the same payment method used by the user for the purchase. Possible delays may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used. In any case, the value date will be the same as the debit.
8.7.6 In the cases referred to in Articles 8.7.1 (iii) and 8.7.2 (iii) that precede, the user will receive a voucher of Euro 5.00, which can be spent on the Website.
8.7.7 Can not make purchases on the Site those who have not collected the package more than twice for different orders. In the event that such parties place orders in violation of this provision, the purchase contract can be considered terminated by right pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 c.c. The termination of the contract will be communicated to the user by e-mail and the user will be returned the total amount due in the manner and within the terms set forth in art. 7.2, third paragraph, above.
