Delicate spreadable cream made from green olives previously put in brine, minced with a bit of capers and extra virgin olive oil.
Delicate flavor of olive, ideal for pasta, croutons, white meats, fish, eggs, lightly seasoned cheeses and sausages such as lard and bacon.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator covered with oil.
Ingredients: green olives in brine 65%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, salt, natural flavors. Acidity regulator: lactic acid, citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of nuts, fish, milk and eggs.
