Taking inspiration from the Venetian tradition, we made this sauce with parsley, with a delicate and fresh flavor. For 100g of green sauce, 58g of fresh parsley are used!
Ideal to combine with boiled meat, fish and eggs.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator covered with oil.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 57%, concentrated parsley 21%, cashews, capers 7%, salt, corn starch, garlic, wine vinegar, anchovy powder. Acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid.
